We produce high quality wine varieties - Istrian Malvasia, Teran, Cabernet Franc. In the vineyards we follow the traditional conventional approach to vine while in the cellar we use the modern technology, cold fermentation and controlled conditions to make the top quality wines. We produce extra virgin olive oil as well, varieties Lecino and Istrian Bjelica. For the needs of the restaurant we produce potatoes, various vegetables, pork, chicken, wheat for the flour, home made bread, fruits, jams, all kinds of food provisions for winter.
